Legal grounds for posting information on Movisor-Info

Public information includes generally known information and other information to which access is not limited. Public information can be used by any persons at their discretion, subject to the restrictions established by federal laws regarding the dissemination of such information (clause 2 of article 7);

Letter of the Federal Tax Service of Russia dated 09.09.2019 No. PA-4-6/18073@,
It provides explanations for the placement and processing of personal data contained in the registers of the Unified State Register of Legal Entities and the Unified State Register of Individual Entrepreneurs.
The letter refers to cases provided for by law when the subject’s permission to process personal data is not required. Based on the request, the Federal Tax Service issued a letter stating that, by law, the subject of personal data can withdraw consent to their processing (Part 2, Article 9 of Federal Law No. 152-FZ of July 27, 2006), but in cases established by law, the data operator has the right continue processing such information. And if the law requires disclosure of information, the operator can ignore the withdrawal of consent. The full name and tax identification number of the founders is public information. This category also includes a list of persons entitled to act by proxy.

"Accounting statements are open to users - founders (participants), investors, credit institutions, creditors, buyers, suppliers, etc. The organization must provide an opportunity for users to familiarize themselves with the accounting statements."
