Purpose of inspection: to ensure that complete and reliable information is posted by persons providing housing and communal services in order to implement, from July 01, 2021, the provisions of Articles 159 and 160 of the Housing Code of the Russian Federation as amended by Federal Law No. 442-FZ of November 28, 2018 "On Amendments to Articles 159 and 160 of the Housing Code of the Russian Federation".
The objectives of this audit are: to verify the completeness and reliability of information about housing stock facilities located in the State Information System of Housing and Communal Services (GIS Housing and Communal Services), management contracts and contracts for the provision of housing and communal services, on the provision of services and (or) the performance of major repairs of common property in apartment buildings as part of the implementation of regional programs capital repairs, a short-term plan for the implementation of a regional capital repair program for legal entities, individual entrepreneurs who manage apartment buildings and (or) perform public utilities, regional operators, and local governments.
7. The subject of this audit is (please note):
compliance with mandatory requirements or requirements established by municipal legal acts;
compliance of the information contained in the notification of the commencement of certain types of business activities with the mandatory requirements;
compliance with the regulations of state control (supervision) bodies and municipal control bodies;
carrying out measures:
to prevent harm to life, health of citizens, harm to animals, plants, and the environment;
prevention of natural and man-made emergencies;
to ensure the security of the State;
to eliminate the consequences of causing such harm.
