Purpose of inspection: for the purpose of: monitoring the activities of legal entities/ individual entrepreneurs in compliance with the requirements of legislation on urban development, mandatory norms and rules during the reconstruction of a capital construction facility due to the expiration of the deadline for the execution of the regulation dated 12.02.2021 № 16-1377-3949-225/PR-3.
The objectives of this audit are:
-to monitor compliance by legal entities (individual entrepreneurs) with the requirements of legislation on urban development, mandatory norms and rules;
- prevention, detection and suppression of violations of legislation on urban development, including project documentation.
