- information contained in the submitted license application and the documents attached to it, in order to assess the compliance of such information with the provisions of parts 1 and 3 of Article 13 of the Federal Law of 05/04/2011
Federal Law No. 99-FZ "On Licensing of Certain Types of Activities", as well as information about the licensee contained in the Unified State Register of Legal Entities and other federal information resources;
- the condition of the premises, buildings, structures, technical facilities, equipment, and other facilities that are intended to be used by the license applicant or licensee in carrying out educational activities, and the availability of employees necessary for carrying out educational activities in order to assess the compliance of such facilities and employees with licensing requirements
