7. The subject of this audit is:
7.1. Verification of compliance of the work performed and the construction materials used during the construction of a capital construction facility, as well as the results of such work, with the requirements of the design documentation approved in accordance with Parts 15, 15.2 and 15.3 of Article 48 of the Urban Planning Code of the Russian Federation (taking into account the changes made to the design documentation in accordance with parts 3.8 and 3.9 of Article 49 Of the Urban Planning Code of the Russian Federation) and (or) an information model (if the formation and maintenance of an information model are mandatory in accordance with the requirements of the Urban Planning Code of the Russian Federation), including energy efficiency requirements (with the exception of capital construction projects, to which energy efficiency requirements do not apply) and equipment requirements of the capital construction facility metering devices for energy resources used;
7.2. Fulfillment of the requirements established by Parts 2, 3 and 3.1 of Article 52 of the Urban Planning Code of the Russian Federation;
