Purpose of inspection: this inspection is carried out in order to implement compliance with legislation in the field of consumer protection, technical regulation and sanitary and epidemiological welfare of the population on the basis of the order of the Federal Service for Supervision of Consumer Protection and Human Welfare "On unscheduled inspections of legal entities and individual entrepreneurs engaged in retail trade of alcoholic and alcohol-containing products" dated 30012017 43 issued in order to implementation of the order of the Government of the Russian Federation dated 24012017 AHP11343 the objectives of this audit are to establish compliance of the activities of the subject of the audit with the mandatory requirements of sanitary legislation technical regulation and consumer protection of the Russian Federation when violations of the above-mentioned legislation are detected in the activities of the person being audited, to establish the causes leading to violations of the laws of the Russian Federation in the field of sanitation consumer protection and technical regulation, to develop proposals for taking measures to to eliminate the identified violations, the subject of this audit is to note the necessary compliance with mandatory requirements
