Purpose of inspection: The purpose of the audit is to carry out licensed control of geodetic and cartographic activities, and to comply with Regulation No. 2 dated 05/12/2021. The objectives of this audit are to comply with the Central Siberian State Nature Reserve licensing requirements imposed on the licensee when carrying out geodetic and cartographic activities.
The subject of this audit is:
a) whether the licensee has the necessary technical means and equipment that have been verified (calibrated) in accordance with Federal Law No. 102-FZ of 26.06.2008 "On Ensuring the Uniformity of Measurements" to perform the work specified in the license.;
b) the licensee has employees who have concluded employment contracts with him to carry out geodetic and cartographic work in accordance with the staffing table, who have higher or secondary professional education in specialties or areas of training, as well as work experience of at least 1 year in the relevant specialty or field of training specified in the appendix to the Regulations on Licensing geodetic and cartographic activities, approved by Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation dated 07/28/2020 No. 1126 "On Licensing geodetic and activities" (hereinafter referred to as the Licensing Regulations);
c) the licensee has a production control system that ensures control over compliance with the requirements for geodetic and cartographic work and their results, established in accordance with Part 4 of the Article 5 of Federal Law No. 431-FZ dated December 30, 2015 "On Geodesy, Cartography and Spatial Data and on Amendments to Certain Legislative Acts of the Russian Federation".
